Marcie is amazing! She always takes the time to notify you before a policy is up for renewal and really goes out of her way to make sure you’re taken care of! Don’t know what I’d do without her
Horrible customer service. A tree fell on my "new to me" car at work on their clients property that Yates insurance insure. They originally told me that the tree doesnt belong to their property. They didn no investigations and just told me that the tree doesnt belong to them. So i went to do my own investigations and couldnt come up with anything until i was able to get the board president of the property to do some leg work and from his investigations the tree indeed belong to this property that i work at.
