Yates has taken 150,000 of my dollars 4 months ago, and haven’t even pulled a permit yet.. I am going broke in temporary housing , and they have not accomplished one thing on this build in 4 months. They don’t even respond to my texts or calls. When they do days later they have no update. It seems like they are incapable or don’t care. I have documentation of this process, and the timelines associated in their entirety. I just hope no other working class people get caught in the same nightmare I’m in.
