I have had a good experience working with Yates Hellier. The photos of our home were excellent. A group whatsapp was created with the team there that made communication easy. I also found the communications easy, very straight talking and no hidden fees etc. I would be on the phone regularly asking questions around viewings and negotiations etc and Yates Hellier were great at listening to me and providing feedback on my opinions which I valued a lot. I felt well guided and cared for.

Rented a two bed flat from Yates Hellier for over a year and had a great experience from start to finish. The team were friendly throughout and Kasia (property manager) ensured that any issues that arose were promptly addressed. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent in Glasgow.

Efficient, helpful, friendly. Great service with a real personal touch. I sold my property recently through Yates Hellier. Reasonable rates, straight talking and a quick and efficient process. I had over 20 viewings within a few weeks of going to market and went to closing date. Great communication with the office staff throughout. Yates Hellier have done a fantastic job with the marketing and sale of my mother's house in Jordanhill. Ross and Alex's market knowledge is first class and the marketing and support was excellent. As I live elsewhere in the Central Belt I wanted them to do all the viewings and I was kept fully up to date on what was going on. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’m not sure I ever imagined I’d be leaving a 5 star review for an estate agency, but here we are. Having sold (and bought) a property through Yates Hellier, I’ve been so impressed with their approach and recognition of the individual people (and emotions) bound up in these transactions. The communication was excellent, and the app used was also great for keeping a handle on viewings etc. Many thanks to Ross, Alex, Julie and all the team. Highly recommend.
