Our mom died in February and she wanted Yates to handle everything. Unfortunately we were not notified before she was taken to the default funeral home in this area, where everything that could possibly be mishandled was. All of the Yates Funeral Home staff were so kind and understanding when we experienced the sudden loss of a loved one. Sarah took us through each step of the process with care.
