I recently decided to purchase a prearranged memorial service for myself from Yates Funeral Home, due to them being highly recommended from friends and very credible sources within the community. All of the Yates Funeral Home staff were so kind and understanding when we experienced the sudden loss of a loved one. Sarah took us through each step of the process with care. We were given wonderful suggestions and insights into our options but never felt rushed into decisions. Yates did an amazing job with our family funeral. I would trust their staff to handle any spectrum of situations with empathy, respect, and professionalism. Eli and his staff communicate like professionals about what is going on and constantly inform family members. They seem to really read a room and a situation perfectly. Nobody wants to make a living being there for other people’s sad events every day, but Eil seems to be a natural.
