landon was quick to respond when i reached out to him and he managed to visit the following morning to fix my broken garage door springs. he was polite, knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to tune up my garage door opener and the obstruction sensors, improving the wiring and connections. A big thanks to landon for the excellent service and speedy response! He completed the job in around 30-45 minutes! I would definitely recommend Yates Family Garage Doors LLC.

I've discovered my new favorite for all things related to garage door service - these guys are incredible! A few days back, my garage door suddenly stopped functioning and I was not looking forward to making a call for repair, knowing how costly these services can usually be. This morning, we were startled by the unwelcome noise of our garage door spring breaking. We immediately reached out to Yates Family Garage Doors LLC, who had previously serviced our door. We were reassured that one of their technicians, Earl, would be with us between 8a-10a. True to their word, Earl showed up at 8:30 and had the job done within an hour. we just got a new garage door set up by jamie, and it looks fantastic. however, my old opener seemed to stop working after he left. landon from yates family garage doors llc reached out and i told him the issue. i also requested a new opener from him, thinking mine was broken. but then, earl the technician came over and after a thorough check, found out that only a single part was required, no new opener was necessary. earl was quick, skilled, and well-informed. i'm very happy with the service in alpaugh!
