Friendly staff and the service work was done well.
Judith has always been an excellent service rep so this review doesnt apply to her. I've been getting my truck serviced by Yates since i bought it there back in 2020 and this just might have been the last time I go back. The techs have been getting worse over the last 2 years and I've been letting things slide like missing air valve caps or wheel lock keys going missing, just little things like that. Yates service representatives could not be better. I have worked with Judith for many years and she is great. Now Chuck is great. The only problem was getting the correct but it is fixed now. Thanks.
Truck was in for scheduled oil change under service warranty. Communication with service department was excellent and my vehicle was ready as promised.
