Yates was going to cheat us over $8,000 for a turbo on our 2015 GMC 2500 Diesel. Based ONLY on code P2263 which could of been 3 things: defective turbo, 2 broken or loose vacuum, or 3 air cleaner housing .We took to a mechanic in Showlow, AZ Long Automotive LLC this mechanic found just needed a clean air filter for $203 we paid for him to check entire truck. we had warranty when we took to Yates but the adjuster said no turbo soot problem. but the showlow mechanic said there was hardly no soot. Honestly I do NOT recommend this dealership. The car buying process went smoothly until the car went to get detailed. It was a used car that needed a good detail, so we waited several hours only to be told it wouldn’t be ready that day. So the sales woman who helped us assured us that they would finish it up the following day and have it delivered that day.
