Absolute crooks on pricing. Took a Sierra 2500 in for steering issue. They gave a quote on parts and service. I don't know what the cost of the labor should be, but they have the parts marked up 170% over the LIST PRICE on the GMC website. They ran my brother’s credit and we submitted info on our trade in. They never got back with us with any update to At least tell us if we needed a down or if we even qualified. I hate the fact they ran his credit and not get back with us with anything! Everytime we call they reply with “busy with a customer” very unprofessional. Mind you we are in NC trying to do everything online. They should have declined us if they didn’t want to deal with A out-of-state customer.
We got excellent service. Everyone was very helpful. Our salesman was really great. We enjoyed our experience with this dealership
