We recently had a transmission issue with a Chevrolet truck. It did have a extended warranty on it. We called and spoke to RJ and he informed us he could look at it for us. Within a week he had diagnosed and contacted the warranty company with the diagnosis. They were instructed to install a new transmission in the truck.
