Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! Take your car there only if you want to risk serious damage with no accountability. I took my car there recently for a full $250 detail and left with a car with the leather taken off the steering while, likely from harsh chemicals. I noticed it the second I sat in the car and touched the steering wheel. The manager insisted nothing was wrong and then had the audacity to tell me my car was old and I brought it in that way.
