Horrible customer service!! Mr.Yates agreed to come fix a dishwasher for a customer of mine. Promised he would call them to schedule a specific time for the 1st of August. I gave him their availability and I trusted that he was going to reach out to them and come out on the 1st. When I called him on August 2nd for a diagnosis, the only thing he had to say is “ I haven’t got around to call them yet “ but the appointment was discussed about on July 29th which is more than enough time. Went over and above what was expected
I only write reviews for very good service and very bad service. In this case it was very good. Tech showed up on time. Determined that problem is intermittent and nothing was showing as bad at this time. Tech did not want to waste my money throwing parts at a problem unless the problem could be accurately identified. I appreciate the honesty and will use again.
Mr Yates did a good job fixing my stove and washing machine will use him again
Absolutely no professionalism. Scam artist. Been trying three months to get washer fixed and still nothing. Reported to Bbb an chamber of commerce.
