Receptionists, triage Staff , x Ray staff & nurse practitioner was all very friendly and welcoming , quick & smooth service by all . Was a nice experience considering the circumstances and I’m very grateful of the service .
Wow is this what has become fo the customer service for the NHS! Visited today. Sat around for about an hour, not too bad. Got called, went into a room which I can only describ as a glorified cupboard. Never sat down. Nurse with a notepad, asking questions. Had an honest conversation, but honestly doesn’t get you nowhere. Apparently if you injury could be linked to something older than 2 weeks, they cannot help you. What a load of bull!
