Took my son last Wednesday as he had a deep cut on his knee, they cleaned it and put a dressing on which wasn't secured and came off within 20 minutes. Went back Saturday as I could see it was red, oozing and he had increased pain, to be told again it's not infected. Went to the pharmacist the next day who said it looks like it's on the verge of infection due to redness and oozing . Receptionists, triage Staff , x Ray staff & nurse practitioner was all very friendly and welcoming , quick & smooth service by all . Was a nice experience considering the circumstances and I’m very grateful of the service .
