they repaired my victa tornado lawnmower amazing customer service they even made me a coffee while I waited honest and genuine staff !!!
We got them to pickup our mower, with a small issue. They told us it would be back by end of week, end of week came and went and we had heard nothing. The following week we called and they said will be delivered Tuesday, Tuesday came and went. Then called the following day, same thing again. This went on for 4 weeks. Before they finally dropped it back off, with more issues than when it went in and a $500 bill.
$128 to have brush cutter repaired get it home and it is no different than when dropped it off . Bloody pissed off and ripped off
