After having getting a CT scan in Abington Memorial, I came in for a scheduled appointment with Dr. Sibutani. I was told the appointment was canceled by front desk. No prior notice or explanation whatsoever. How they are in business is beyond me.
After the office rescheduled twice (both times I was told the very day of the appointment, both times this was due to the doctor having a "family emergency"). My third appointment was scheduled for 10:30, I arrive at the office at 10:15, then wait in line for 10 mins to sign in. I am at this point told very rudely by a secretary that the doctor doesn't wish to see me anymore because "You didn't arrive 15 mins prior to appointment (which I did, they were spent waiting in line) and if you disagree, you can make an appointment ... read more
