Dr Yasser Rodriguez and his staff are a stain on the impeccable reputation of Cleveland Clinic. Twice messed up my appointment and stood me up today by making me wait over 45 minutes just to let me know that he wont see me as I was "late" 10-15 minutes. As if they are not late to see you! the client's time is not important, right? Well this Dr is not a reliable one and I am glad I didnt see him and didnt let him waste my money. Its gods will and he protects me from the useless ones
