Absolutely outstanding service The team at Yass Veterinary Hospital were incredible with our Border Collie. Their level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion was exceptional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. We couldn’t be more grateful for the support they provided, they truly went above and beyond. We would 100% recommend Yass Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for quality, caring veterinary service.
My mum moved to Yass when we moved my dad into full time care. Her elderly dog needed a haircut after a bad experience with a groomer. The staff were awesome. Sadly a few weeks ago little Jet 16 years old was ready to grow his angel wings. They made time for us when they were busy and the staff, from reception, nurse and vet were truly amazing, thank you so much, you all deserve 10 stars
A huge thank you to all the staff at the Yass clinic who assisted with Fergus’s snake bite treatment. Fergus was bitten on Sunday evening I called the out of hours emergency number, on arrival at the clinic staff were waiting for us and Fergus got the Anti-venom injection within 5 minutes, which ultimately saved his life! The staff continued to treat and care for him, and with all the determination that Jack Russell’s have, Fergus was allowed back home on Tuesday evening. Get sick of dealing with one rude Receptionist there. She has no customer service skills. Additionally I don't mind vets being late for appointments. I understand they are caring for sick animals but when I am waiting 45mins, the vet is not organised and it's consistent, I'm not impressed. Plus I dont want to be sold suppliments when I'm trying to get back to work. Yes, I work too! I confirm that I have received a rude attitude from an older receptionist there on multiple occassions.
