Staff are amazing here, always kind and understanding, explain everything in simple terms
So today we had a very elderly large dog that collapsed and was needing to be helped into the next world and the two young ladies that came to help were wonderfull, and the compassion & professional approach was fantastic. My wife and I were very emotional but they held it all together and I can't thank them enough
I unfortunately had a very frustrating experience here yesterday. I came in with my dog and was met with a judgmental attitude from the receptionist regarding why I hadn't already gone to an emergency vet. Beyond telling me they were booked until 3:00 PM, they offered no assistance or recommendations for other local clinics. A little compassion goes a long way in this profession, but unfortunately, it was missing here. I highly recommend gundaroo vet clinic. They went above and beyond and showed care and compassion.
