Get sick of dealing with one rude Receptionist there. She has no customer service skills. Additionally I don't mind vets being late for appointments. I understand they are caring for sick animals but when I am waiting 45mins, the vet is not organised and it's consistent, I'm not impressed. A big thank you to Izzy who came out late yesterday afternoon in record time to help our beautiful thoroughbred who was experiencing choke. She was wonderful, kind and very capable. After sedation and drainage Lizzy was feeling much better. We have follow up meds to avoid further complications.We are so grateful that you were available to help us and our girl. Thanks
We rang this clinic to see or speak to a vet in regards to our dog with paralysis in the rear end ( unfolding emergency) tick paralysis. The young lady on the phone kindly said " oh we have an appt available @ 4pm ( this was 8am ) to which i said, my dog will be dead by then. Her advice was to drive to Canberra. I told her we are @ Jugiong...."oh oops that 4pm appt not available anymore, but you can bring her in tomorrow for an 11am appt". Thankyou NOT!!!!!!!
