Get sick of dealing with one rude Receptionist there. She has no customer service skills. Additionally I don't mind vets being late for appointments. I understand they are caring for sick animals but when I am waiting 45mins, the vet is not organised and it's consistent, I'm not impressed, plus I dont want to be sold suppliments when I'm trying to get back to work. Yes, I work too!
Yass vets and stuff are wonderful people. They helped and treated my cat. He is doing well with his medication. And all I can say is thankyou.
I recently completed my work experience at Yass Valley Veterinary, and I couldn't be happier with my time there! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel like part of the team. I loved observing the examinations of large animals and I gained so much knowledge about veterinary practices.
