After a horrorshow breakdown on a Good Friday, I left my vehicle with Yass Mechanical services. The team were incredibly professional and helpful, and while they couldn't fix the issue they were able to diagnose the issue and help me with next steps, including coordinating a tow. Would highly recommend, they helped alleviate a very stressful situation.
Took my Audi q3 to Yass mechanical this morning to be repaired ( coil pack dead on cylinder one - NRMA diagnosed) I told them I’m on my way to QLD for Easter and am all ready a day behind due to nothing open on a Sunday when breakdown occurred . They. Promptly accepted the repair and said it should be ready by 3 pm as parts had to be ordered in . They rang me at 12.30 pm to say car was ready! Excellent service thanks Al ! There prices were very reasonable ! I would not hesitate to use them again !

Can’t recommend highly enough! Adrian and the team helped me when nobody else would. I broke my back after dropping the car to them. They kept my car in their storage for months until I could get back to Yass. Always accommodating and very professional. Not only that but the cost was very reasonable. It’s rare you find an old school business like that. A business that feels human and decent. Thanks again!
