Have been waiting for 3 hours for a doctor to check on my nephews infected finger. For the last 3 days we have been in and out trying to get a doctor to see us. No doctor was at the hospital, telehealth wasnt available. We were sent away. We finally get told there is a doctor on staff and so the lovely nurses triage us. We now have been waiting for a doctor for 3 hours. He is 10. He shouldn't be having to wait 3 hours for someone to check his finger. My bother has an ear infection to the point his ear is swollen shut. The nurse was the most unprofessional medial officer we’ve ever dealt with. The nurse treated my bother and his mate like terrorists. They left with no useful diagnosis. A very strange encounter indeed 🤷‍♂️
