Dr Sarafzadeh is rude, uncaring, and impatient. On top of that, I was a few weeks postpartum, which is a very sensitive time mentally and physically, and I needed help. She made me feel even worse by laughing at and dismissing my concerns and needs.

This place is One of the worst and the dr are lazy. that I have ever seen, here the whole team are very lazy and you have to wait for two hrs to be seen.

I sow Dr Sarafzadeh, last year in December 2023. My encounter with her was terrible. She very rude and careless about patient care. Has no patient manners. When Dr Sarafzadeh first walked in the room to see me, she threw my chart on top of the keyboard and said “look I don’t care about your cyst or your problems,” even after that encounter I did had questions but her responses were short and carelessly. You literally asked me 2 questions. Laughed at me and then walked out of the room closing the door. You were insanely rude, disrespectful and I'm glad I know to avoid you in the future. A different location than yours in newbury will be kindly helping me where you chose not to. I hope you don't do this to every patient because one day it'll be you that needs help and good forbid you get treated the way you treated me today. You're horrible.
