Horrible establishment! Please make sure you tell them exactly what’s needed 500 times and more because they will ruin your medical insurance by putting incorrect billing claims. Wish on a fairytale dealing with them because communication is horrible! Rushed and don’t connect to the customer, just need a check and it shows.

This office sent the wrong billing code to my insurance almost a yr. ago and they still haven’t corrected it. I have called them several times and explained what they need to do but they never even contacted my insurance company Blue Shield to fix it. Now a collection agency is involved trying to have me pay the $480.81.The billing Dept. At the hospital even sent them a fax trying to get the correct code but they didn’t respond.
