If you are a patient or plan to be one don’t. Please get a second opinion from another doctor. Almost every experience I’ve had here is terrible. During my very last appointment I had asked for full STD panel to be done, the doctor Yasmin went into the hallway and made a Condescending comment about it to the MA’s in the hallway and they all started laughing. The front office people are rude. Had to wait 1 hour for the appointment!
Dr. Khan has been absolutely amazing! She has gone above and beyond in caring for my mother in law, always checking in on her and making herself available, even on weekends and when she’s out of town. Her compassion and attentiveness truly made my mother in law feel so comfortable and supported throughout everything. We are so grateful for her kindness, dedication, and the peace of mind she gave our family. Highly recommend Dr. Khan to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy OBGYN!
I had a great experience in April, but afterward I felt my issue wasn’t resolved. I had also scheduled vaccine appointments. Be aware that if you don’t cancel your appointment ahead of time, they’ll charge you without informing you of the fee. Even if you cancel by text, if they don’t have a record of it, they’ll still charge you. It might be a good place for some, but not for me. The front desk staff became frustrated with me for expressing my own frustration. Overall, a terrible experience.
