Based on this latest situation I am revising my review to, Do NOT use him, he does not keep his word. See below. I highly recommend YasmiAlex and his crew. I had a fifty year roof installed in 2003 and in 2024 Alex came to repair it for a leak. It was installed incorrectly so they had to tear it off and install new roofing on one 20' x 30' section. I had an excellent experience getting my roof redone a few weeks ago. The whole crew went above and beyond putting in long hours for my especially complicated and large roofing project. Alex was very communicative during the whole process. Pricing was competitive and the workers were knowledgable and efficient.
