Doctor was very thorough,he asked questions and also and answered questions we had. Check in process was very smooth
I'm renting in the Bonita Springs area for 3 months and needed to get my port flushed. After finally identifying this local organization after making a lot of calls, I could not have asked for a better experience - from setting the appointment, check in process and the folks at the reception desk, wait time (minimal), nurse(s), and finally with the doctor (who actually reviewed my records before the appointment....something that in my experience doesn't happen all that often).
