Had a new watch battery put in. They did a great job. Needed a watch band adjusted, link removed, had to leave it over night because they were having trouble with it. When I went picked it up the next day, they could not find my watch, and had installed the band on backwards. On closer examination they flipped one side of the stainless steel band inside out. Do not recommend them. The are not jewelers. They just sell jewelry.
Went in to buy something inexpensive and they make you create an account. Stupid policy. Probably for spamming with advertisements. Ended up going somewhere else.
I went in today to get the battery changed on my husband's watch. I could see him struggling with it as he tried to open the back. When he brought it back there were scratches on the back and when I questioned him about it, he said it was there from before. Then gave me a lot of attitude like how dare I question him. If you don't know how to appropriately change the battery then don't offer that service. Damaged an expensive watch!
I needed a replacement watch band fitted. I was pleasantly surprised to find a local option. They were happy to do it right away, and it was only $5! Great store.
