Great service and a same day urgent appointment!
Xena has been cared for by the staff at Altas Palmas for 3 years. I am always so happy that xena LOVES arriving at the doctor’s. Clearly everyone there makes her feel safe and I appreciate everyone there. Today we met one of the new doctors and a vet tech we hadn’t seen. Both Dr. Chen and Krystal were warm, friendly, thorough, and are continuing to make me a happy fur mama. With gratitude and thanks!! Jo Hammons
I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my boy Tico today. Our situation was very complex and Dr. Esparza and the techs were extremely kind and understanding throughout the entire process. They made sure Tico went as peacefully as possible and allowed me time to grieve. Today was a very difficult day but I’m thankful for their kindness.
First time here & they helped my pup very well. Very kind people!
