From the first design meeting to completion the process was so easy.Our home was a one off design and the assistance, advice and support we received from design to colour selections to the construction stage was made so easy by the competent and friendly Yarrum team, nothing was a problem. We are very happy with our “ Uniquely Yarrum “ home.
We visited the display home at The Village at Pokolbin recently and wow. What a decision maker it was. It would have to be the worst, dirtiest badly presented display home I've ever seen. Dust, spider webs, dirty walls, numerous cracks inside and out, faded exteriors, hornets nests all around the exterior, paint spots on timber flooring, faded exterior timber that hasnt been maintained, exterior doors that had come off thier runners and hard to open, cheap thin fly screens and some with holes in them. Terrible. Wouldn't value the interior design service they try including. Limited options and the designer fell asleep at our tile selection. Multiple issues. They took on too many jobs and didn't have enoigh trades. Driveway is still a hazard as they put a product on it that makes it slippery. Wouldn't recommend them.
