This was my first chiro experience. She spends a lot of time working muscles and explains things well. I love that she is knowledgeable as it instills a lot of confidence for a first time like me!
This is probably one of the most thorough and honest chiropractic practices I've visited in my 12 years of visiting over a dozen different offices across the country. I hope the magnitude of that comment sits in. What makes her special is her attention to the muscle work in addition to manual adjustments, so that our muscle memory doesn't take over and necessitate more frequent visits. You won't be disappointed in her work.
She explains everything so well, gives really helpful information on how to improve your lifestyle, and does the physical adjustments and body work so expertly. I am real happy I saw her.
