I called to request a quote but was met with a very rude and dismissive attitude. When I needed a moment to double check the required size, the person repeatedly huffed and stated that he “didn’t have time for this. As a business owner myself, I understand that people get busy, but it’s not difficult to remain polite to a potential customer who is genuinely looking to spend money with your business. Unfortunately, this interaction was enough for me to take my business elsewhere
I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this tyre service. Ben was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He thoroughly checked my tyre after it went flat and took the time to investigate what may have caused the issue. He attended to it straight away, and nothing was too much trouble.
Pulled me out of the poo and no charge. Thanks mate.
Wonderful friendly service. Couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend this business.
