Happily took my money ($90) for an appointment to get a referral letter to then tell me that the Medicare refund can't be put back directly into my bank account because I'm using my phone instead of a bank card...I'm absolutely flabbergasted. The wait time for this appointment was ridiculous considering the health condition I have as well.
$100 to see a doctor on a Saturday morning… weeks to wait for a weekday booking …. No way

I am visiting for work from Qld. I rang, was promptly given an emergency appointment and I was seen too in 90 minutes. All my details were taken over the phone and I arrived to a nurse taking samples and the results were with Dr Sutcliffe before I sat down. He was incredibly kind, friendly and thorough with his consultation. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a pathology clinic on-site and my samples had already been sent over and through another door was a chemist.
