I was left waiting nearly an hour after checking in with no update of when I’d be seeing the Dr. Left prior to consultation with receptionist not caring nor knowing, they are on another planet (receptionists). Little bit of customer service is all it takes.
It's a great medical clinic with quite a few Dr's on duty everyday and a nurse on duty there too. Dr McCarthy is my usual Dr and she's so very thorough and an awesome Dr with a lovely personality as a Dr too. 👏 She's very friendly, very easy to talk to, she actually shows she cares, I'm so very grateful to have her as my permanent Dr also. Also I've seen Dr Green whom is now an elderly Dr but he's also an excellent Dr too. He's got a very thorough and caring Dr too. Dr Pete is a pure gentleman and an exemplary, no nonsense and professional GP my wife and two daughters had been seeing for the past two decades. He was always in high demand, and this clearly illustrates was he was always a GP you had to wait to see, in particular with his specialised expertise in the skills and knowledge he had in skin care. There's plenty of choices if anyone is not happy!!
Two of us in our family had skin checks and found Dr Rankin to be fantastic and very informative.
