Service is ok, but it so hard to get certificate from doctor maree elder. I call them for 2-3 times but still don’t get it i got a warning from my work and school. Feeling bad with them.
I found Reception incredibly helpful and friendly, as the lady at Pathology. It was great to be able to see my GP without having to wait too long.
My family have been a patients for over 20 years. Have always been very happy with doctors and service…that’s why I’ve been loyal client. However in the last few years the doctor turnover and availability has made it difficult to have consistency and continuity from the same doctor and consequently this has created problems for me as each time I have to make sure the doctor I am seeing is across my/our history. Have fumbled my mental health and asthma prescriptions twice, which is two too many times to be left without medications. After this second mess I'm not going to be using them. Friendly doctors, but not much concern for duty of care in my opinion
