Caves House is a piece of living history. The shared lounge rooms and verandahs reflect an age when courteous socialising was the norm. The interiors have been carefully restored - though the plumbing and heating are reassuringly modern. For groups and extended families, I would recommend the East and West Wings. The price at first seems rather high, but if your group fills most of the rooms in the wing, the price becomes quite reasonable. There is a minimum three night stay. We stayed in the west wing accommodation for a week with our families. Absolutely amazing views from the balcony
Gorgeous location with impeccable views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms are warm, comfortable and spacious. Easy to recommend for a quick getaway or a long retreat.
