Excellent service & fair pricing
Worst experience I’ve had in over 30 years having cars serviced. Terrible service and communication. Ryan had the car for nearly 2 months, kept telling me parts were coming ‘next week’, didn’t return calls or keep me updated after he promised to. I got the parts myself, over $500 spent and it didn’t fix the problem. Ended up going to Healesville diagnostics who fixed the problem that day and car has been great since.
Our backmirror got of during our holiday and we got it repaired really quickly! Great service!
Very prompt service. I got stranded in Healsville overnight with a shredded fan belt and seized idle pulley. I got the car to them the next morning and they had it ready by the afternoon, then I was on my way again. Great service, highly recommended. I couldn’t believe my luck!
