The team at Yarra valley rentals managed my property for four years. There service and communication was outstanding. No question was to big or small and they were always happy and cheerful when spoken to. They are super fast at responding to emails and have an amazing knowledge base. If I didn’t sell my investment property I would definitely still be using the service they offer 😊

These guys are focused on the tenant not the landlord, my property was left in a absolute disgrace and they wanted only to look after the tenant and give her the bond back leaving me to employ a cleaner to fix up the mess, I suggest an alternative in the area, use these guys and you are risking your investment.
