Great stay, delicious food and attentive and friendly staff. We celebrated a special anniversary, which was made extra special and very memorable through the support and actions of Darcy, Ella, Jessie and Jess. Actually, many other staff members were so superb, too.
A huge thank you to the incredible team at Yarra Valley Lodge for making my 30th birthday celebration so special. From start to finish the experience was seamless, welcoming and beautifully executed. A special mention must go to Jess and the wonderful crew who assisted with my event. The wind presented a challenge on the day however Jess handled the situation swiftly and professionally making quick changes to our seating arrangement and moving us inside without any fuss at all. Beautiful location and views, immaculate room, lovely helpful staff, great breakfast.
The location is great. Close to a wide variety of wineries. It’s a closed/gated community. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I do think the cleaning could be better, as the bathroom didn’t appear very clean- particularly the shower and mirror.
