The lady on the phone told told me $400 for them come and fix the drain. Guy comes out the next day and says he can't fix it because it's blocked and it'll need digging and they'd send a quote for the extra work. Ok, but I still had to pay the $400. And then nobody contacted me again about the extra work, and when we tried calling it just rang out. So now I'm out $400 and I still have a blocked drain.
