I’m new to Australia so had to register as a new patient. Friendly and helpful reception staff assisted me. Appointment with Dr Rashila Dangol went very well and she took the time to explain carefully the necessary processes I need to do before my next appointment. Excellent service to this patient.
Dr Samet is an exceptional GP. She is attentive,thorough and thoughtful. The wait times are very reasonable. The clinic offers an excellent nursing staff that assist with immunisation and wounds management..A pathology service is on site and also optometry. I have been a client of these services and have found all staff to be friendly, helpful and very proficient. I highly recommend this clinic.
I was here last week. My family went camping in Yarra valley and my son broke his wrist, so we had to go to the hospital urgently and luckily it was open on Saturday. The staff was very welcoming and helped us to be seen quickly. The doctor was very kind and explained the situation to me and gave me the right treatment to take care of the broken wrist. I was completely satisfied with the treatment and would like to thank the staff and doctor for their kindness.
