I regret to say that the catering experience at a recent wedding, provided by Yarra Valley Catering, was deeply disappointing. The appetisers were served cold and haphazardly presented, with an insufficient number of breadsticks for the guests. The main courses lacked flavor, were cold, and appeared undercooked, making them difficult to consume. I sincerely hope that the couple will receive some form of compensation, as the quality of the food did not justify the cost.
If I could give a negative star review I would. Unfortunately my circumstances had changed so I needed to cancel my wedding. After reaching out to organise a refund for my deposit and explaining my situation I was told very bluntly that this is 'not refundable :)' I asked for an exception and I never heard back. 3 YEARS of chasing this deposit and reliving the trauma of my change of circumstances and nothing. What a joke of a company. Save your time and money everyone
Andrew and the team catered our wedding at Acacia ridge. Absolutely flawless service and the food was unreal!! Our guest have not stopped talking about the quality and quantity of the food on offer. Andrew was diligent, patient, approachable and organised, everything you could hope for especially on a stressful wedding day. Would certainly recommend them especially considering they were the more affordable option in for Yarra Valley. Anthony and Danielle
I had Yarra Valley Catering cater my wedding and was left incredibly disappointed and angry. On the day of the wedding, as entrée was being served, the staff approached me and proceeded to tell me that I had to completely change the run sheet of the evening to better fit their schedule and make it more convenient for them to serve the food. Our wedding was postponed due to covid and we contacted all 7 vendors to inform them and all of them responded except yarra valley catering. Have contacted Yarra valley by email and phone but they have failed to respond and not answering any calls. We have paid them a deposit too. Very frustrated and upset at the lack of response!!! 😡
