Fantastic. First time patient. Easy to book a last minute appointment, clear and simple New Patient Form to complete, friendly and professional Receptionists and Dr Crowley was thorough and took the time to listen and collect as much information as possible. Glad I listened to the positive word of mouth from others.
Always professional and caring
I am a regular patient and have been attending for a very long time. I phoned the clinic with an extremely urgent need. The receptionist said she would talk to management and get back to me. I sat there waiting and 5pm came (closing time), and I never heard back. I never received a follow-up call. Given the significance and the level of detail I provided, I am truly shocked at the lack of care and communication and no follow-up to get me in for an appointment.
