After our Mitsubishi split-system (under five year manufacture warranty) conked out on us it became apparent it was an issue with the install and not the system. Contacted Mitsubishi as our installer took a bunch of deposits it seems and disappeared into the night. So Mitsubishi sent out the team at YRGH&C. Two ripping young lads, accomodating to my limited availability this morning, came over were polite, courteous and transparent. And they got the job done! Very satisfied just ahead of a scorcher of a week.
We have used Yarra Ranges Gas Heat and Cool and now our whole family uses them too. Always come fix things really quickly and for fair and reasonable prices, would recommend very highly!
First pwrson came and could not repair heater but still wanted to get paid. Next peraon did not turn up at appointed time. Turned up hours later and said he'd had an emergency. By then I was leaving for work. Terrible. Would.nevwr call again.
I don't know who and on what basis gave 5 star rating but my experience has been absolutely terrible. No response to calls and mails. Just false promises of sending quotes and business. I unfortunately wasted 3 months unnecessarily. I wish I could give negative star rating. Very poor experience.
