Having a anxious dog makes going to the vet scary for me as I’m always unsure as to how it will go, but Ben and the staff here are always happy to help Willow and make it a pleasant experience for her despite her anxiety and I am so grateful for that. Highly recommend coming to this clinic :) Thank you guys! Edit: Yesterday we had to say good bye to our beautiful girl, and while it was so painful the staff that were on were very kind and compassionate. Thank you for all the wonderful years of care for Willow.
I took my Staffy to Dr. Ben Fell for cruciate ligament surgery in October last year, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He explained everything so clearly, which made the whole process so much less stressful for me. He was also so gentle and sweet with my girl, always giving her lots of love and treats at every visit. I use Yarra Ranges Animal Hospital for my working dogs whom are obviously very active. Have done for the last 15 years. I couldn’t say they’ve ever once over charged me. Adding to that they’re all highly qualified, highly skilled, well equipped with everything needed to diagnose and treat and or manage anything. Including behavioural issues in a young head strong kelpie. We took our kitten koi here after he had an unfortunate journey in the washing machine and nearly drowned. Called straight away and was able to bring him in immediately. The team worked tirelessly and kept me informed all day on his treatment and progress saving his life. Although I think he used at least one of his 9 lives 😄Well done and can’t thank you enough.
