Gemma the physio is great! Friendly, explains all the Pilates movements really well. Small studio which is great
Great practice - very caring and engage you as a true partner in your health care.
I loved being a client here until I needed to raise a complaint. It took almost a year before I received an apology for being threatened, and even then senior staff appeared to be more concerned with avoiding accountability than supporting a disabled patient who felt unsafe. Disappointing behaviour on all fronts. At least the apology letter from my former GP was well written.
Great staff at reception. Good service , all around.
I was there accompanying a friend this morning and was blown away by how helpful and kind the receptionist was. Thanks to the female staff member who made and printed out my friend’s appointments -
