Got there without an appointment, in a rush. All the staff was super nice, listened to me and resolved all my problems in a matter of minutes. Both the nurse and the doctor that helped me were so sweet and understanding. Im so glad I went there
Be careful when told you must have a telehealth appointment. I was contacted five minutes before the time and told I was ineligible for my medicare refund as I had not seen someone in person. I did ask for someone to contact me after the appointment but no one has

Doctor Kevin did my script incorrectly as it seemed to be his first time (still $80 out of pocket). I called to arrange having it fixed - lady on the phone started shouting at me due to it being the end of the day and asked me to put it in an email. I tried to ask for a doctor to contact me tomorrow to fix the script asap as I don't have time to write an email (which is her job she was obviously trying to get out of doing). I dropped in for a blood test and the process was super easy. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and the waiting room was clean and tidy.
