We took our 2 year old daughter for an appointment with Angie. She was fantastic, explained everything thoroughly and was amazing with our daughter. The whole process from the eye test to getting glasses was super easy! The whole team were incredibly helpful and so friendly, really great with kids! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
My glass lenses in my new optical frames go a fracture to the inside of the glass not my fault. The last pair had multiple fractures over time this all happened since the glass become thinner. Whilst not that popular glass lenses offer a clarity that plastic does not give. Lesley was rude, argumentative aggressive and denied there was any warranty having only had them a couple of weeks. My 4 year old ASD daughter had an eye exam with Angie today and I was blown away with how wonderful she was. Angie was kind and understanding with my daughter, knew how to engage with her, and was and very thorough with the exam. Highly recommend.
