I have been living with back pain, neck pain hip pain siadica pain basically a l was a mess, recently changed to see Dr Jeff at this clinc. He is very professional knows what he is doing and listens to my needs. I am so happy with how l have improved going from about 70% pain a day to around 10% is a huge improvement for me. I went to this chiro at the recommendation of a friend. I got given the spiel about hips being out of alignment.. was told to come for a few months and they'd fix it, 2 years later I was still having to go back every 2-3 months for the same issue. I decided to ask if I should be doing any exercises or pilates/yoga to strengthen my back, the chiro looked me dead in the eye and said no just come and see me every few months.. Dr Jacqui is amazing! I went in with a pinched sciatic nerve causing me huge amounts of pain. After just a few sessions I’m feeling so much better. She really takes the time to listen to you, understand the problem and come up with a plan to help. I can’t thank her enough for all her help.
Amazing customer service at front desk, practitioners have vast knowledge and explain in great detail everything that is needed to be done and what they they doing step by step. The practice itself is clean and tidy at all times. Xray on-site so no need to go elsewhere it's all done in the first consultation. I highly recommend giving this place a go
I have been going to Yarra Hills for both chiropractic and relaxation massage for some time. Nicole has given me my last 2 massages and they have been fantastic. I have walked away so relaxed and refreshed and I would recommend this for anyone who wants to pamper themselves. Thanks Nicole
