Hi guys This is hossain I hope you are doing well Just i am going to say Very bad reception for overseas people in this clinic I have got bad experience for first timing clinic visit from reception
The GPs themselves are professional and I have no issue with them, but the admin team is extremely difficult to deal with. Every time I need my results or want to confirm if something has been received, I have to call multiple times just to get a simple answer. They have even lost my faxed results twice. When I expressed my disappointment, there was no acknowledgment, no apology, not even a word of empathy. Me not so much, but my 10 year old had to have a blood test today and Jackie was amazing, she was so gentle and caring and made my boy comfortable throughout the whole test, thanks Jackie

Yarra Glen Medical is a wonderful doctor’s surgery! Our little girl had to receive blood tests & the nurses who performed these tests were so patient, gentle and caring. The receptionists are so lovely & welcoming. I, along with my two kids have seen all of the doctors and they are ALL terrific! Special mention to Dr Ali who went above and beyond for our little to girl who has been extremely unwell.
