Incompetent the best way of describing this place, office managers lack of knowledge/experience is unbelievable she immediately WITHOUT verification claim my Blue Shield Blue Cross insurance was only for dental surgery not dental/orthodontist care after initiating treatment I verified I do have coverage directly with my insurance but office refuses to do their job and bill insurance because already in treatment is against office procedures after confronting the “clinic manager” she had the audacity to lie to my face and clai... read more
