First I would like to thank Dr Gelfand and his Nurse Practitioner April Dela Cruz for their advisement and forewarning of the surgery I was to have. I was suffering from severe sciatica due to 38 years of electrical construction. My pain management team, Dr Karina Gritzenco tried relieving my ailment with transforamal lumbar/sacral injections but they did not help. I would like to thank Dr Gritzenco for her help.
