I would highly recommend Dr Gelfand. He is excellent.
Great doctor explained every detail of the surgery .
I went to Dr. Robinson for what I thought was lumbar issues. He evaluated and made it clear I needed a neurosurgeon right away. How do I do that I wondered. He and the staff connected me to Dr. Gelfand that day. Soon Dr. Gelfand has me scheduled for surgery in the Bronx and now 6 months post surgery I am doing quite well. If either doctor had hesitated for second I didn’t sense it. No one could have treated me better or quicker. Thank you Montefiore physicians and staff.
