Terrible service. We had to wait a month for a tech to come out to our house. They charged us over $400 and the new sensor didn't resolve the problem. We have switched to Alwine Security the service is night and day.

My in laws (in their 70s) were customers with YArnell for many years. YArnell snuck a 5-year commitment into a “technology upgrade” agreement. Then, when they sold their house … YArnell refused to allow them out of their contract. I hope you are proud of your company - sticking to an elderly couple who were long term customers. I know that no one I talk to will get a good reference for YArnell or the new owners Pye Barker. Relationships should trump a few dollars.
