A TOTAL NEGLECT PLACE WITH PATIENTS. I have been reschedule many times for absolute NO REASON on the day of my appointments. I even had a chance to do online check in and on the very next morning they cancel and try to book me for over 6+ months. DO I NEED TO BE MORE ILL OR BE ALMOST DYING FOR YOU GET MORE MONEY FROM ME? IS THAT WHY ARE YOU WAITING FOR? I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO NEGLECTED AS A PATIENT LIKE IN THIS PLACE!
Don't go here if you actually want to get an appointment and see a doctor. This office cancelled both my appointment and my wife's appointment twice. They promised to call back and schedule something and just never did. If you're OK with your appointments taking anywhere from a year to a year and a half to get scheduled, then this may be the office for you.
Most of the people I dealt with were extremely kind and helpful, including the nurses, doctor and receptionists who answered the phone. The scheduler who called me from Yarmouth Primary Care (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her tone of voice was very condescending and unkind. I've been a member of the Cape Cod healthcare system for over twelve years now. I've had 2 separate primary care doctors and both were attentive to my needs. When your primary care doctor is not available they are more than happy to set you up with a different doctor or nurse at any of their many locations on any given day. I find all the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
