I contacted the surgery on behalf of my mother and was very impressed with the response from the receptionist, practice manager and GP. They were caring and professional and put plans in place to help deal with a complex and distressing situation. Well done everyone!
Staff always professional polite helpful
I have visited the Drs twice in the last month and both times I've left feeling like I've been listened to and I was more than just a number. Both Dr Jemima Amuta and Dr Zoe Barron took the time to listen, didn't rush me out and left me feeling satisfied and validated in how I was feeling. Very thankful for the service.
I hear lots of negative comments about Yarm Medical practice but I have to say that my own experience has been a positive one . Most recently, most of my interactions have been about managing my asthma. Thanks to the help and advice I received at the asthma clinic I can now walk up and down stairs without getting breathless , I am walking outdoors for at least an hour every day and I feel like a new woman. I haven’t felt this good in years !!! The knock on effect on my mental wellbeing and quality of life has been fantastic.... read more
After a long wait to get through to the receptionist I was given an appointment with Lee Chester and I am so happy with my consultation. Lee listened, carefully, to my problem. He answered my husbands questions and concernes and reassured me that I needed my medication tweaked. Thank you, Lee, I feel more confident to manage my problem. 5 stars for Lee.
